The fourth annual Confer Classic golf tournament to benefit Boy Scouts of America will take place at the 27-hole Willowbrook Golf Course, 4200 Lake Ave., on June 26.

Registration begins at 11 a.m. and the shotgun start is at noon. It's a four-man scramble with other events such as longest drive, closest-to-the-pin and hole-in-one. The base cost to play is $100 per golfer; green fees, cart fees, lunch, beer or soda at the turn, a steak dinner and a small bucket of range balls are included. Prizes will be award to the top five teams.

In addition there will be a 50/50 split and a large basket raffle. The raffles are open to the public from 1 to 4 p.m. Large items being raffled include a kayak, an Apple iPad and a lottery tree.
