NO LICENSE: Jessica J. Feeney, 24, 6150 Prospect St., upper rear, was charged Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Feeney was given an appearence ticket for Wednesday.
NO LICENSE: Zachary S. Baldwin, 24, 300 Kerr St., Apt. 40, Lewiston, was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Baldwin was held in lieu of $250 bail and is set to appear in court on Wednesday.
NO LICENSE: Michael C. Henderson, 37, 200 Erie St., was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. Henderson is expected to appear Wednesday in city court.
ROBBERY: George E. Butterson, 43, 331 South St., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with third-degree robbery, first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree assault. A woman told city police she ran into Butterson was shopping at a convenience store at the corner of Park Avenue and Main Street. Butterson asked the woman if she wanted to hang out, to which the woman said she would, but after dropping off her groceries. Butterson followed her out of the store, then reportedly punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground. Butterson reportedly kicked the victim in the head and stomach, while yelling "I'm going to kill you!" Butterson took $20 from the victim and followed her, continuing to hit her. The victim screamed for help, which was heard by two strangers who called the police. Butterson ran, but was found later by police. He was held in custody ahead of a Wednesday city court appearence.
CHARGED: A 15-year-old boy reportedly dumped a hot bowl of spaghetti on a 16-year-old girl's head at Newfane High School on Thursday. The girl was taken to the principal and the school nurse, then to Eastern Niagara Hospital. She was treated for burns to the scalp, forehead, right ear and face, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies said the girl was referred to a burn specialist. The boy was issued a juvenile appearance ticket for Feb. 16 at the Lockport Probation Department.
LARCENY: Henrietta Jenkins, 64, of Medina, was charged Friday with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree identity theft. The charges stem from an incident reported on Jan. 15, New York State Police said. Jenkins was given appearence tickets.
