City of Lockport 

DWI: Jeremy J. Winters, 29, of Lockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance June 2, after a 10:15 p.m. traffic stop by New York State Police on Clinton Street. Winters got a ticket.

Town of Lockport 

ENDANGERMENT: Steven M. Berning, 31, 6039 Hillcrest Ave., Newfane, was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of second-degree menacing, trespassing, reckless driving and driving without head lamps May 31. Berning is suspected of dumping bags containing dirty diapers in the parking lot at Blue Door Salon, Davison Road, and nearly striking the business owner with his vehicle when confronted, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Berning was arrested at his residence and arraigned in Lockport Town Court, where his bail was set at $5,000.

UNLICENSED: Lisa M. Baughman, 23, 3015 Birch Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and operating an uninspected motor vehicle June 3, after a 3:24 p.m. traffic stop on Niagara Street. Baughman's driver's license is suspended, according to the sheriff's office. Baughman was detained for $250 police bail.

UNLICENSED: Katelynn P. Delac, 21, 100 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation May 31, after a 3:57 p.m. traffic stop on Saunders Settlement Road. Delac's driver's license is suspended, according to the sheriff's office. Delac was detained for $250 police bail. 

Newfane 

TRESPASSING: Katelyn A. Geer, 22, of Newfane, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass June 2, at an undisclosed location in Newfane, according to the New York State Police. Geer got a ticket.

Wilson 

UNLICENSED: Christopher P. Wagner, 35, 240 Autumnview Drive, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and no seat belt May 31, after a 3:48 p.m. traffic stop on New Road. Wagner's driver's license is suspended, according to the sheriff's office. Wagner was detained for $250 police bail.
