n CHARGED: Janell C. Malcomb, 17, 1115 Lockwood Dr. Apt. 3 was charged with violation of probation. Malcomb failed to comply with a condition imposed on her and was arrested at the police department.
n CHARGED: Richard DeMarco, 41 12 Sunnyside Drive was charged with third degree assault. Police and sheriff’s deputies were called to the house about midnight after it was reported that DeMarco was armed and said he would not come out alive. He was arrested without incident and was not armed. The victim, who had called and reported she was in a physical altercation with DeMarco who may have had some firearms on the residence, refused to cooperate with police. The victim was treated by the Lockport Fire Department.
n CHARGED: Benjamin T. Krystaf, 22, 367 E. Union St. Apt.15 was charged with disobeying a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol. Krystaf was seen not coming to a complete stop at Grant and Beattie on Sunday morning. Krystaf’s eyes were bloodshot. He had slurred speech and the patrol detected a strong odor of alcohol. Krystaf failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of .20
n CHARGED: Rose W. Franklin, 54, 83 E. Remick Pkwy, Apt. B was charged with second degree aggravated harassment. The victim reported Franklin calling her and threatening her over the phone. Franklin turned himself on Sunday.

n CHARGED: Matthew E. Daugherty, 35, 144 Pine St. was charged with failure to keep right and first degree DWI. The patrol was dispatched to South Transit Street for the report of a reckless driver near the Lockport Mall. Daugherty had glassy eyes, slurred speech, impaired motor coordination and the odor of alcohol. He failed field sobriety tests and registered .14 blood alcohol content.
n LARCENY: A SONY laptop computer valued at $999 was stolen from the Radio Shack on South Transit Road on Saturday. The manager said the store was busy between 4:39 and 5 p.m. when the display computer was stolen.
n CHARGED: Philip N. Ulett, 45, 337 Niagara St., Tonawanda was charged with suspended registration and no insurance. Ulett was stopped on Williams Road and said he was unaware of suspension could not provide valid inspection. It was suspended due lapse of insurance.
