LARCENY: Anthony N. Solotes, 30, 75 Allen St., Apt. 3, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree grand larceny. A woman who Solotes had been involved in a relationship with told police he took $63 and a cell phone from her car. He was detained pending a court appearance.

UNLICENSED: David C. Laible, 23, 58 Prospect St., was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and a traffic device violation after a 11:40 p.m. traffic stop on Main Street after he ran a red light. A records check showed that his license was suspended, according to Lockport Police Department. He was detained in lieu of $100 cash bail.

UNLICENSED: Jamal Christian Jr., 22, 63 Maple Street, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, unsafe turn, third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and no/inadaquate plate lamp. A records check showed that his license was suspended, according to Lockport Police Department. He was detained in lieu of $100 cash bail.

UNLICENSED: Jonathan J. Odell, 27, 795 East High St., Apt. 1, was charged on Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation and inadequate muffler after a 1:12 a.m. traffic stop on Grand Street. A records check showed that his license was suspended, according to Lockport Police Department. He was detained in lieu of $100 police bail.

UNLICENSED: Lucas J. Smith, 25, 6992 Lockwood Lane, was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation after a 12:28 a.m. traffic stop on Pine Street. A records check showed that his license was suspended, according to Lockport Police Department. He was given a ticket.

UNLICENSED: Dionnetay D. Dunham, 31, 142 Cortland Avenue, Tonawanda, was charged Friday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed motor vehicle operation after a 11:48 p.m traffic stop on South Transit Street. A records check showed that her license was suspended, according to Lockport Police Department. She was given a ticket.

POSSESSION: Dennen M. Ficarra, 49, 26 Pennsylvania Avenue, was charged Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was found in a vehicle in the passenger seat that was stopped. A glass pipe with burnt residue was observed sticking out of the passenger seat trim when she got out. They found a needle and two glass pipes used commonly for smoking crack cocaine, according to Lockport Police Department. She was detained in lieu of $2500 bail.

POSSESSION: Kenneth C. Dunkleberger, 57, of Lockport, was charged Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia by New York State Police. He was detained in lieu of bail bond.
